Pure Pilates 

Whether you are coming to Pure Pilates as a complete beginner or a more experienced practitioner, you are making a commitment to yourself and 
your physical and mental well-being. 
Having practised Pilates for many years now, I decided to train as a teacher to share the many health benefits and positive body changes the 
Pilates method can offer. 
I am a Level 3 Qualified Teacher in Mat-Based Pilates, First Aid qualified and Fully insured. 
Pilates is a fantastic form of exercise that focuses on strengthening your core muscles, improving your muscle tone and the flexibility of your spine. 
Many rehabilitation exercises used by health professionals are based on the Pilates method. 


In my Pilates classes the exercises are layered and adapted from the Joseph Pilates original set of 34 exercises. Layering the exercises, from easy to more difficult, means that you can work safely and at your own level. 
Exercises can also be developed, by either changing them slightly or adding equipment like bands, small balls, circles and rollers and will vary every week. My general classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate levels. All equipment is provided. Each class ends with a short relaxation.
