You can attend any session on any day - so you can attend different sessions each week to suit your lifestyle and varying commitments. Unlike most Pilates teachers I do not run in terms and continue sessions throughout school holidays. I generally do not work on bank holidays though! 

What to Expect 

What to Expect when attending a session with Pure Pilates 

The class is very informal. Group sessions are restricted in number allowing me to give each and every one of you personal attention. Most exercises are mat based. During the session I will move around the class checking the exercises are being done correctly and safely, giving tactile cues where necessary. There will be soft music playing and each class ends with a short relaxation and breathing exercise. 

   What do I need to bring? 

All equipment is provided by Pure Pilates so all you need to do is bring yourself in comfortable clothing which will allow you to stretch. We exercise in socks or bare feet. Try to avoid eating in the couple of hours before the class. 

Terms & Conditions 

All classes are booked and paid for in advance on a first come first served basis. If you cancel with more than 12 hours notice then the payment can be rolled over to another class of your choosing. 
As there is a limited number of spaces if cancellation is made with less than 12 hours notice then you will still be charged. Should I need to cancel a class I will endeavour to give as much notice as possible. The fee for that class will then be transferred to another class of your choosing. A refund will not be issued.
