Suitable for beginners and intermediates but for those that just want to take things a bit slower, have more limited mobility or recovering from injuries.

Men Only 

 
I think sometimes Pilates is seen as an exercise for ladies only which is quite easy and not a masculine thing to do at all. This is not true. After all it was invented by a man and if it's easy you are not doing it right! Many professional sportsmen are beginning to recognise the benefits of Pilates and it is also being adopted by Professional Football Teams as a regular part of their training. If you are a manual worker or drive a desk all day, Pilates holds great benefits for you. I started the Men Only class to try and encourage men to give Pilates a go. It is a great compliment to more cardio forms of exercise. Be brave and give it a try!

Private Sessions 

 
I can offer one to one sessions in my fully equipped home studio. This would include a postural assessment, a targeted Pilates session to suit your own personal requirements and an exercise sheet to enable you to practise at home. This might be suitable for you if you have specific needs or injuries, need to follow an exercise plan recommended by another health professional or wish to build confidence before joining one of the classes.
