How to Book 

Simply click on the Book Now button which will take you direct to the booking page. Select the class you wish to attend. There is no tie in and you can attend any class you wish.  
 
 
 
 

What to Expect 

The class is very informal. Group sessions are restricted in number allowing me to give each and every one of you personal attention. Most exercises are mat based. During the session I will move around the class checking the exercises are being done correctly and safely, giving verbal cues where necessary. There will be soft music playing and each class ends with a short relaxation and breathing exercise. 

What do I need to bring? 

All equipment is provided by Pure Pilates but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. If you are looking to purchase your own you are welcome to ask advice before you do. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch with underwear without catches or clasps (we do a lot of rolling through our spine and catches are uncomfortable!) We exercise in socks or bare feet. You may wish to bring a blanket or throw for relaxation. Try to avoid eating for a couple of hours before class. 

Terms & Conditions 

Once payment has been made no refunds can be issued. Cancellation requires 24 hours notice.If I need to cancel a session then you will be issued a credit to use against another session.
